FCT
Xeon 603/604 Socket CPU Coolers
For liquid cooling systems, but using all refer grade components... so they're also phase change capable(jUSt for all you real nuts out there that want to someday build a oil submerged refrigerated cooling system computer :~)...
For Sale(finally:~)
These are the first out of the machines… due to machine adjustments and whatnot, they are a little rough cosmetically… but they are still guaranteed to work… they use common Intel 603/604 Xeon plastic cooling mounts like those shown below…those shown are the "free tubing" or "default" plastic tube configuration... in series... I hope this ad isn't too confusing... I'm not too good at this webpage building yet...
They are “Brushed” finish… for $20.00 more per unit(or $30.00 for both units in the "Default" right/left dual setup shown:~), I can buff them out for you to the “Buffed” finish(I'm not too excited about buffing them:~)…
They are made in sets for Dual Xeon setups… they can be hosed “in-line”(in series:~) or “individual” for single CPU setups or for dual “separate channel”(in parallel:~) setups… I will hose them to your specifications(for $1.00/ft.:~)… the "Default" setup shown has 22" of feed/return plastic tubing(connected as shown for free w/ purchase:~)... these connections are guaranteed for "low flow" systems...
Here is the classic set of duals with reversed directional coils(left/right brains, like Gemini:~)… these are the "Default" tube setup(in series), it works very nicely on Asus dual Xeon motherboards like the Asus NCCH-DL(pictured)... or other dual xeon motherboards that the CPUs are similarly orientated relative to each other... the mounted set are "Brushed finish" and the unmounted set are "Buffed finish"...
The plastic tube is connected to the copper by gluing and strapping with plastic ties... very clean and dependable... though only guaranteed for use with low pressure/flow cooling systems... you don't want a big pump anyway... they only heat the water and you're not going to get much more flow through the 1/4" copper tubing no matter how big your pump is...
If you absolutely have to try to cram more flow through them, you may want to consider compression fittings... and a "Parelell" feed/return plastic tube configuration... or solid soldering as in a phase change system...
In the picture below, the mounted set(top) are “Brushed” finish… and the unmounted set(bottom) are “Buffed”…
The two sets shown above are the worst of the lot… so all the rest are guaranteed to be as good/better than these pictured when finished… below is the first 24 sets...

They have some small defects here and there(notice the “FCT” is stamped upside down:~)…
Since these are a little rough, we’re gonna let em go cheap…
Single Brushed: $40.00
Single Buffed: $80.00
Dual set Brushed bent as shown: $60.00
Dual set Buffed bent as shown: $90.00
Hose "glued and strapped" connected as shown w/ 4' of hose(about 22" per feed/return lines:~) is free if requested... and .50 cents/ft for more tubing added(you'll want at least 22' I/O tubes:~)...
$10.00 shipping
As you can see, I don’t want to break up the left/right sets… so buy the right/left dual sets for the bargain...
If you want me to alter the “hose” setup from that shown in the first picture… you mUSt specify if you want “in series” or “in parallel”(if you’re getting a “Dual setup”:~)… and how much hose you want on them… this is convienient as you only have to hook up the hoses to your pump/radiator(low flow:~), leak test it, and install the FCT CPU Cooler on your motherboard as you would any other CPU heatsink(603/604 plastic mounts like those pictured above:~)… and you’re up and running… very cool and looking real good doing it… they all have one long leg and one short leg of copper tube… in left/right dual setups the short legs are “tubed” in series and the longer legs are bent back to exit under the shorter legs… like those shown above… if you specify, I can leave the long tube at it’s full length(8”-10”) so that you can bend your own tube to fit your setup to your liking(you can possibly catch the VRM heatsinks and/or the Northbridge like Gemini:~)…
If you have me install your tubes, they are tested good for “low flow” fountain pumps… if you’re going to use a bigger pump, be sure to leak test the whole setup before you install it in your computer… understand that you don’t need high flow for these to work properly… in fact, bigger pumps only heat up the water and or other liquid coolant and thereby more heat in your system… and you’re only going to get so much through these ¼” FCT tubes any way… low flow is better for many reasons… less stress on cooling system… less friction/heat… less noise… I recommend one of the small submergible fountain pumps(sub 100 g/hr:~) at your local hardware store… I’ve never had a leak yet USing my “glue and tie” connecting method… even when overclocking at high temps… but if you’re going to USe a big monster pump, you may have problems… it’s not recommended that you exceed normal operating pressures with these FCT type hose connections…
BTW, I have 12 of the Asus NCCH-DL VRM heatsinks for sale also… $7.00 each w/ free shipping if ordered with an FCT dual Xeon setup in this sale…
“Brushed” finish is easy to touchup with common “3M cloth”… “Buffed” finish can be dunked in warm water/bakingsoda/aluminumplate solution to clean them up nice… scratches have to be buffed out though…
The "Buffed" finish looks like this(Gemini:~)...

They are lifetime guaranteed, in that if you upgrade your computer later and/or need a fresh new coil for whatever reason… I’ll build/install a new coil and renew your FCT to “like new” status… for $20.00 +shipping… that’s pretty cool huh?
There are 24 of these complete left/right dual sets
presently built… of
varying finished quality(good to very good:~)…
To place an order please make note of exactly what you want in your contact email... we won't proceed until we're clear...
Remember to specify how many coolers you want to buy... and if they are of the "Default" brushed finish, left/right dual economy setup w/ 22" of hose installed in series configuration... this is referred to as the "Default" or Economy package for $60.00 +$10.00 shipping... it is represented as the set that is mounted to the motherboard in the photos at the top of this ad...
Remember to specify if you want "Default Brushed" finish or "Buffed" finish for $20.00 more per single unit or $30.00 for Default left/right dual setup...
Remember
to specify if you want the plastic tubing installed(connected:~) or not…
And if so, then specify if you want it in “series” or in “parallel” tubing configuration… the configeration pictured above is the "Default" tube setup...
And
how long of finished plastic tube you want for your feed/exhaust lines…
The
plastic tubing connected to the FCT CPU Coolers is an added $.50/ft….
